Monopoly Streets

I've been sitting on some Gamefly games waiting for the GSP Marathon to start up and decided to go ahead and start playing them.
I started with Monopoly Streets and I've picked up 675 Gamerscore. I have a couple of achievements to pick up and then there are about 300 online achievements. I've never done any boosting but I may need to with this game. It's an easy game so far. I'm not sure if I'll 1K it but I'll give it my best shot.
I played many hours of Dragon Age II up through this morning. I'm stuck at the end of Act 2 and I'm putting it on the shelf for a while. I've enjoyed the game and learned quite a bit playing it. I may go ahead and do a new play through at some point. It will be faster now that I've played it. With DLC, I've just finished 42%. Better than the few achievements I started with. I have several games that I'll be playing this year to raise my completion percentage. It would be nice to get it to 50% by year end.

Dragon Age II

I've spent several hours these past few days playing Dragon Age II. I'm enjoying this game. The achievements seem to be easy, but it is very time consuming.
Gamerscore competition is just a couple of days away. I can't wait. I'm sitting on several games that will come out when Gamerscore Popcast Marathon gets started. We aren't planning on winning, but I do want to do the best I can. My gamerscore should be back up in the 2K per week range again.

Gamerscore Popcast Marathon

I'm grinding out the last few achievements in Nicktoons MLB. I'm also having fun with Feeding Frenzy 2 and picked up a few more achievements today.
Pretty soon the Gamer Score Popcast Marathon will be starting. This should be a fun way to push towards my goal of 100K by the end of the year. I have several games lined up and I'm waiting for the completion to start.
I'm on Atlantic Alliance with Smeddum07 and Eliphelet77. We are from the U.S., Scotland and Wales. We are not out to win, just out to have some fun. I can't wait!

New Milestone! 30,000

I actually hit this milestone yesterday. I needed to get my gamerscore to 30,000 so I can join the Gamerscore Popcast Marathon. I picked up some gamerscore in Uno for WP7 and then came in for the final points by getting some achievements in uDraw Instant Artist.

Now that I am at 30,000 well ahead of schedule, I'm going to add some achievements from games that I haven't completed. Before I started playing games for gamerscore, and before I cared about completion percentage, I used to rent a game just to see what the graphics looked like. I have several dozen games with just a couple of achievements. For the next week or two I'm going to try to pick up a few achievements on games I've played in the past. A daunting task but it should be fun.

Tonight I decided to get a couple more achievements in Afro Samurai. I picked up 45 gamerscore and then put it back on the shelf. I can't remember what difficulty level I have this on but I find it tough to make it through the story without dieing. I'll pick something else for tomorrow.

Nicktoons MLB

I was hoping to finish up Darkest of Days today but the last level is not going well for me. I have 500 gamerscore and need to finish it to unlock the majority of what's left. I got a bit frustrated and decided to start another game I just got from Gamefly, Nicktoons MLB. I'm enjoying this game so far. I need to play 30 plus games and I don't know if I'll ever get the full 1K.
The first achievements are awesome. You play through your first game and as soon as you finish, 10 or more achievements pop. Turn up the volume and enjoy!

On a side note, I have my eye one the Gamerscore Popcast Marathon. It starts in February. It looks like I may be able to hook up with a couple of Guys that are from the Achievement Hounds Community. That would be awesome! There are several games I was going to knock out this month that may wait for the competition to start.

Darkest of Days

It's been a slow coupel of days. I've only picked up 235 gamerscore this week. Darkest of Day will award gamerscore as I come closer to the finish. There were a couple of achievements that I can pop early in the game but most will come as I finish it up.
There are times I have liked this game, but because it is on rails, it can be frustrating if you get stuck in a place where you can't move. I spent some time tonight trying to find the correct path to take and I got stuck. I had to reload a previous save to get myself back on the right path.
Not a great game,or even a good game. I'll be glad when this one is completed.

Fallout 3 PC

It's been a big week! Today, after a few snags, I completed Hannah Montana. I had some trouble getting 5 stars on the songs at first. I didn't pay enough attention to the tutorials. It really is as easy as people say it is. I had to go back and redo several of the performances. I was getting over 150K on every one. You need at least 100K to get 5 stars.
I also took advantage of the easy 1,550 gamerscore available on Fallout 3 for the PC.
I also started Darkest of Days. Picked up 100 gamerscore pretty quick. It should be an easy 1,000 achievement points but it will take some time.
I also picked up some points here and there on some other games. My biggest gamerscore day and week ever! Well on my way for 100K!

Hannah Montana takes me past 26K

I picked up 660 gamerscore today. 2oo from a Windows Phone game called collapse and another 400 from Hannah Montana: The Movie.
The windows phone is a great way to pick up some gamerscore when you are not able to play your XBOX and Collapse is one of the easiest games you can play. You can get the first 180 points in just 10 minutes or so. You need to work your way to the junge level for the final puzzle achievement but that takes just a few minutes more.
Hannah Montana is not the easiest game I've played, but I will get the full 1,000 gamerscore in a day or two. It's been one of my best weeks yet. I'm closing in on 3,000 for the week and I still have more points coming.

New Milestone! 25,000

I wanted to break the 25,000 gamerscore milestone tonight so I decided to play Jumper. It has multiple 50 point achievements and I figured it would be easy to hit at least 3 of them. I was right. I had nine 50 point achievements in less than an hour of play. No need to plan out any special moves, I just button mashed my way through every fight.
You may have heard that this game is not all that good. What's been said is true. It may not be the best game, but it was worth the quick 450 achievement points and I may come back to it later.

Backyard Sports: Sandlot Sluggers

I'm not a huge fan of Baseball games but I enjoyed this game. I own it, so I may grind out some more gamerscore at some point. I got around 500 points or so running through the story mode yesterday and got a few more achievements this morning using a second controller. It went back on my shelf with a 76% completion (I shoot for at least 75%) and 685 points. I'm happy with that. I'll pop in another game tonight and hope to add a few more points.

I'm off! What better way to kick-off my quest for 100,000 gamerscore than to play the easiest gamerscore game. Avatar: The Last Airbender! I have a couple of other Easy games I'm going to pop in the XBOX today too. Happy New Year!
